Phase I
Define. What type of website do you need and how does this fit with the budget you are working with? First, we define the project so that both parties are on the same page when an estimate is provided. This is accomplished through discussion and brainstorming. Once you approve the project definition and give the go ahead – we start developing.
Phase II
Content, content, content! This is the most extensive phase for you as a client. Our team will need to collect every piece of content, including text, photos, videos, logos, etc. that will appear on your website. If needed, we can help you develop content, including writing copy.
Phase III
Design and approval. We take everything from Phase II, organize it and present you with a home page and sub-page design for your approval.
Phase IV
Programming. Here is where we take the pretty pieces of the puzzle and put everything together.
Phase V
Testing. We make sure your website is functioning correctly before we hand it over. You will be able to review everything before giving us the green light to go live.
Maintenance/Hosting
Continuous updating. Every month you can send our Support Department any changes you have to keep your site updated and fresh. Or, if you prefer, we’ll show you how to do your own maintenance on frequently updated pages.
